  • Design, delivery and management of our International Academy programs for associates. The International Academy programs support our career development structure and are compulsory for all associates from newly qualified to senior associate level. I have delivered these programs in Europe, North America, Australia and Asia. ;
  • Design, delivery and management of our in-house management and leadership programs for business services staff. The programs are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM - level 3 and level 5) and include modules on: leadership, client relationship management; coaching, delegation; feedback; oral and written communication skills; performance management; managing meetings; working across different generations; cross-cultural working; creativity; problem solving; and decision making. ;
  • Management of our leadership program for talented female associates. ;
  • Design, delivery and management of secretarial training programs - ranging from the trainee legal secretary level to secretarial coordinator level. ;
  • Design and delivery of our business skills sessions - open to all staff and delegates from our client organisations. Topics include presentation skills; delegation and feedback; persuading and influencing; dealing with difficult situations; time management; drafting skills; managing upwards; appraisals; creativity; learned optimism; unconscious bias; and confidence. ;
  • Design and delivery of business skills sessions for our key client organisations (spanning a range of sectors including financial institutions, insurance and energy). ;
  • Coaching associates and business services managers who have been identified as high potential. ;
  • Delivery of staff induction sessions. ;
  • Design and development of eLearning courses. Topics include writing effectively, time management, mentoring skills and appraisal training. ;
  • Management of secretarial and administration staff.
