Responsibilities
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements by facilitating group workshops or through one on one consultations.

  • Helped a DOORS developer from Telelogic/IBM create and test multiple prototype modules to be used by the department.
  • Acted as team leader on multiple occasions.
  • Found a system bug that affected roughly 10,000 members and could potentially lead to a tax liability of approximately $8 million. With input from senior managers and tax experts, designed and implemented a fix
  • Organized and ran several successful team building events as part of the department’s Social Committee.
